Assuming I am getting it from Mucana Pruriens at 15% standardization (120mg of L-Dopa per 2 pills, 800mg of Mucana Pruriens)...how long will it take for my body to feel any effects (if at all)?
24 hours? 1 week? 1 month?
just curious.
Thanks

If you take it with caffeine, you will feel the effects immediately.

I see wat u did ther.
You should notice motivation pretty quickly, provided you keep at a reasonable dose.
Do you have parkinsons?
Then why are you supplementing L-dopa.

Derp?
Try and take An ACE inhibitor along with it to aid with the blood brain barrier. Like huperize A SP?

L-Dopa is a direct precursor for dopamine, which regulates the sex hormones control center in the brain.

I heard green tea extract helps with processing or something...not sure that is the same thing as an ACE inhibitor.
Highly recommended that you try AlphaBurn as well.

and speaking of green tea extract...I drink several cups of green tea each day, versus taking the pills.
am I covered from an extract standpoint?

It does yes... its makes The ACE inhibitor more effective. ECGC is beneficial. huperize A along with Green tea with help aid in the crossing the blood brain barrier. It will begine increasing your GH levels quickly but as with synthetic GH it take some time to see results.

Didn't get a chance to mention it yesterday; my condolences to to you and your late gf's family.

lol
lol
An ACE inhibitor also keeps ****tostatin (SP) levels down thus increasing the GH palse. ****tostatin is what inhibits the GH palse.

WHERE can this stuff still be found dsade? Been wanting to try it for quite a while.

recommending an AChE inhibitor and calling it an ACE inhibitor for an agent (l-dopa) that already crosses the BBB.
awesome.

Huperzine A is't an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, thats news to me? I had always heard it does Aid in lowering ****tostatin levels thus creating another GH palse. ECGC does help L-dopa cross BB barrier since the majority of the l-dopa doesnt reach in the first place so implementing it into your regimen is helpful. I was only trying to help you done calling me out in every thread?
when is the best time to take L-Dopa, even if standardized to 15% and from mucana pruriens?
Will probably try 2 pills first dose, which will give me 800mg mucana, which equats to 120mg L-dopa.

He was lying about his girlfriend being dead. He is the scum of earth :D

an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor doth not an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors make. ;)
l-dopa crosses the blood brain barrier... dopamine doesn't.
and yes, i'm done calling you out (in here) because i can't waste my time contesting your dumbass remarks.

Your actually right, Does so though a large neutral amino acid transporter . Doesnt An ACE Inhibitor decrease ****tostatin though? But to answer your question to the best of my ability... I would suggest being patient even through synthetic gh results take time and i would imagine the same issue will be true for a supplement meant to increase the hormone.

Yes ..like a whole lifetime and you still wont see results. Im sorry - this is not effective at increasing gh long or high enough to make or support any changes in body composition. Im sorry but IMO you have posted a myriad of bad info in this thread.
Doesnt An ACE Inhibitor decrease ****tostatin though?
i've never come across any research that suggests that it does.
the only interaction i've been aware of is that ****tostatin is similar to ACEi in diabetic mice with renal failure.
with one produced from the hypothalamus, and the other having activity at the kidneys (angiotensin to aldosterone in response to a hypotensive event), i don't see any reason why they would work synergistically in vivo.

It's being delivered here to the Ohio warehouse on Monday, and will be at a certain retailer on the same day (drop-shipped).
As usual, no response from the BB.com store as far as an order goes.

Had no idea Genomyx was even going to be releasing it. That seriously makes my day.

Guess ive got to do more research on it aswell.
Not sure why people bother with L-dopa sups without the carbidopa. Easy enough to get Sinemet (the combination) over the net. My dog told me that if you want to visit a site that has a system for not growing old you might find it. Seems it is completely OTC now.
wanted to step back on this question since it never really got answered...but how long does it take for one to experience effects of L-Dopa (effects = benefits)?

short-term effects within a few days; cumulative effects within a few weeks.
