I use frozen broccoli from Sam's Club in the big bag.
How to= In a big bowl toss BROCOLLI with olive oil and season with Goya Adobo and some red pepper flakes. Don't be shy. Then pour BROCOLLI on a large baking dish,IN A SINGLE LAYER, and bake for 40 min at 400 degrees.
I like to eat some with grated cheddar and a can of tuna in olive oil all tossed together.
