Just don't. You know the reasons.
I love baked ziti also. I have a great recipe. I just know it will be there waiting for me after I get done with all of this. Do you think the other competitors are eating baked ziti right now? They could be, but maybe not. Do you want to risk it? Every little thing counts. :p
Because it will make Chi-Bacca cry?
(And because it will undo everything you have worked so hard for?)
jag
Absolute guilt when your done eating it.
Three pounds of fat gain.
Two weeks of hard work to lose it again.
Grab something yummy "THAT'S GOOD FOR YOU" and stuff your face before it' too late.

Sorry, i can`t be of much help here...i once ate 2 coconut cream pies from Tim Horton donuts 2 days before a contest!!!
i know you're all right! i just stuffed some chicken and brocolli into my face and i'm still starved. time to break out the pickles i guess since they are a free food.....but, somehow i don't think they will satisfy me.
I fail to see how pickles could possibly satisfy a craving for chocolate cake. :D
Hang tough, Someday - you can do it! :)
the ziti is cold so that urge has past but, that chocolate cake is calling my name!!!

Because you'll feel fat and sex won't be as good.
What's a baked Ziti anyhow?
*R*
Because you'll feel fat and sex won't be as good.
Sorry Phi, I disagree. LOL
The Ziti would actually fuel a great sex session. And the uphoria that women get from chocolate will only add to it. And Someday is not a plate of baked ziti or a piece of chocolate cake away from being fat.......so that one does not fly either. LOL
Someday,
Just don't do it. You know why. ;)

What!? A man that loves sex? Unbelievable. :D
I was talking about how you would feel. I know that I lack motivation for a lot of things when I feel fat.

Can you have a chocolate protien shake and just pretend that it's the cake?
...that chocolate cake is calling my name!!!
Pretend it's Mr. S snoring then get out of the room.
some of the jambalaya I'm sitting here eating? I know, I know, the white rice isn't good for ya, but damn I love the spiced shrimp, sausage and spices in it. Besides, it is too damn hot today to workout!

White rice is fine for ya, man. It's still a decent carb without all the refined flours and sugars. I'll have a bowl of that jumbalaya! :D

Well...I just finished my supper. 16oz home grown strip steak (rare) 3 cups Fresh Spinach and some yellow squash.
Oh, and a diet Snapple Tea :D
I am sure this is not helping someday :D

Heck I didn't know what a raw ziti was. ;) Thanks Phikap! Of course now I want to eat one, too.

I love italian food, too. Can't believe I didn't know what that was. I'm in Washington State for what it's worth. :)

There is not nearly enough carbs in that meal to get excited about. We can eat steak...... tell us you're downing a fresh hot loaf of Sourdough bread and then watch us drool all over ourselves!:D

On my vacation, we ate at a restaurant in St. Augustine - the Columbia - which specializis in Cuban food - the hot Cuban sandwich is amazing particularly due to the piping hot bread it is served on - it is crispy on the outside and just melts on the inside - fantastic! :D
you guys are really not helping as i sit here and eat 3 oz of 99% lean turkey w/20 grams of rice :(
I'm sorry - but after all, I am the Devil.
