So starting today, I am no longer going to add ANY sodium or salt to any of my foods. I know it won't add fat, but it will retain water which in excess can look like alot of extra fat on my body. I want to see what I will look like after salt leaves the body, and so does the retained water. How long will it take for the salt and retained water to leave my body. I am still drinkong >1galon of water a day.
