Possible causes of passing out?
Hi, my name is Katy and I could use some input on a problem I've been experiencing during my workouts. My workout of choice is lifting Kettlebells, KB swings, squats, deads, lunges, etc. I work out alone, and no one can push me harder than I push myself, (a possible clue to the problem?). Depending on the day, I use either a 20KG or 25KG Kettlebell for the big lifts like Swings and Squats. Recently, at the end of 15 or so reps of these bigger lifts, I get so dizzy I feel like I'm going to pass out, and sometimes have to grab onto the rack or something to steady myself while my heart rate and breathing get under control. Could this be a contributed to just simply pushing myself hard, or could it be a lack of proper nutrients before lifting, or????
