they weren't that cut or big, they where relatively lean the rest was lighting and makeup.

no. they only did it a few times, to use as a benchmark.
was a test to see their improvements held like every month.

They only actually did the whole thing once, as a timed fitness test. The rest of the time they did parts of it, along with other stuff, as their actual workouts. The king of the acadians (the small bald guy) actually had the best time in completing it lol

Really, have you completed the 300 workout?
yea. that wasnt their actual workout. sources say the only did the 300 workout a few times which was near the end of their training.
I hear they had to bench 300 for 300 reps of 300 sets

nope, and i never said it wouldnt be tough i just said it would be a ****ty workout.
squating, powercleaning, benching, deadlifting, military pressing, and rowing all on the same day 7 days a week would be pretty tough also but i wouldnt suggest that either.
those guys were like 5'9 160lbs cut or less..... other than king leo or whatever they werent big at all.. find it wierd how this site praises them for their bodys yet half the teen section claim to have 15-18" arms and bench 225-300

thats cause the teen section is full of estats
id say less than 10% of the teen section can bench 225 for even 1 rep.
the vast majority of kids here weight less than 160lbs
we had to do the 300 workout for our final exam in weight lifting

srsly tho, they did do it, but it was more of a fitness test than a wrorkout. do that **** once every 2 days and u'll have pulpy muscles in no time.
