I always use non fat milk, is water better? I feel like the calcium is good.

Well I'm not questioning whether you use milk or water, just how much you're supposed to use, there isn't any directions on the tub...

I normally use 2 cups

Yea, tried using 1 cup and it was way thick. 2 was way better.
I don't mean to hijack your thread but I have a question about Real Gains so... I hit the search button :D
I'm wondering if it's be okay for PWO (ran out of whey last week...) even if it has casein in it. There's also malto and I might add some gatorade powder of dextrose in it, or maybe oats.
Would it be okay ?

Yeah itll work PWO. It has the inulin delivery system or whatever its called, itll work fine PWO. Also, to the original poster, I used to put about 24 oz. of water or milk in with my real gains.

I had the same problem, used trial and error and came to the conclusion 12 oz of milk was best for me. you'll just to try it.
And if you take it for PWO, use water rather than milk.

You do 3.5 scoops in 12 oz? I've been doing 2 in like 10-12 haha, I guess that's why it's been pretty watery. It's mixing really good though and i still like it.
I typically mix 8 oz per scoop.
