Depends on how big you are/ how much lean mass you have - but a little info here:

I was 6'6" and gained roughly 3.5lbs when I weighed around 210lbs starting creatine for a rough estimate for ya.
Personally...~3 lbs +/- 1lb
Can depend on how much creatine you had in your diet before hand as well (creatine is in beef etc).
I have heard that vegetarians and vegans get more of a volumising effect because of this. Which makes sense, given that there are no plant sources of creatine.
