22 calories per lb of bodyweight. Eat clean. Lots of carbs, lots of protien and a good amount of fat. 300-330grams of protein, 400-450 carbs, 75-100grams of fat.
That 3100 calorie weight gainer. Is it maybe Universal's gain fast 3100? If so it contains a lot less calories. It only contains 3100 cals if mixed with few bananas, egg whites... Anyhow, it's a crappy gainer.
