Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I've been training pretty hard over the summer (around 16 hours a week), so am glad there's been decent progress. Term's about to start again in Oxford, so I'm going to have to cut back the hours quite a bit soon, so I thought I'd post some pics at my best for now.
And, by the way, I resent the suggestion that the photos are 'fake': I hope you can see the development over the last few months from my other pictures. The photos are not hocus pocus (I assume that's what '8mile' meant); you can't photoshop an *entire* shot --- it's the result of hard work in the gym.
