Hi Peter- really cutting-up your physique. Pecs look thicker- good shape and separation. Your abs and obs are more defined and a nice line thru your pecs and abs- great separations, can see your lats flaring, solid and vascular arms- great progress Thumbs Up! Keep going and good luck with your plans to compete.

For your abs, hanging leglifts--work all the angles--bringing your legs up as high as you can without swinging (keep lower back curved). When you tire of those keep going with hanging knee raises. They're great over all abs builders. Incline Roman chair with weight plate to your chest are also great abs builders. I alternate weighted abs days with high rep days. You're looking great and will only get better.
