x2

basic suggestions if you must:
weights training 2-3 times a week, followed by 20 mins medium cardio
higher intensity cardio 20 min sessions 2 times a week, cycling intensity levels (go hard for 1 min, back off recover for 3-4 mins, go hard again etc)- this really fires up the metabolism

2 complete days off per week
simply burn more calories then you put in
dont go overboard you look pretty damn good already
remember no such thing as spot reduction either

Common. You don't look bad at all. Cardio cardio cardio and try to do abs at least 3 times a week. With dedication you WILL get there

There is a difference between conceit and confidence. Conceit is bragging about yourself. Confidence means you believe you can get the job done.
