July 2007 -- progress barely noticeable

I can hardly see any progress here. I can feel a tightness in my upper abs that never used to exist, but still no real visual improvements. I'm only 1 week into my tailored workout program and revamped bodybuilder diet, so hopefully things are looking better in August
