This is me at 165 Lbs, about six months after ending my cycling career. My body hadn't changed much at this point.

A 6! Thanks! That's more than it deserved (on a bodybuilding website). In 1989 I had a cyclist's body. I still have that body in 2007, a little worse for wear. I have a small upper body with a relatively powerful lower body (at least compared to my upper body) In 1989 it was all about cycling efficiency.


I naturally put lower body muscle on relatively easily. It's upper body muscle that's the problem. Hopefully I can find a cure! :-) I'm sure I will.

Can do that much desired 10th pushup, and if I cheat a bit can do 10 chinups and 10 dips too. Working towards that first pullup.
