This is a picture of me before I joined the military. When I joined I gained weight and loss muscle during boot camp and during my technical school! I went in around 145lbs to 160lbs (not sure which one) and it has been four years since I took this picture and I now weight around 183lbs. What I do not like is that my body is good at hiding the weight. I am afraid to do my body fat percentage now. I measured my body fat percentage once and came up with 25% body weight as fat! That is when I was closer to 160lbs. Now that I and around 183lbs I am ashamed to step on the scale. To make matters even worse being stuck on a ship for months on end does not offer very much motivation. Then again what else can you do when your in the middle of the ocean? Any ways, I am focusing on calisthenics now and I can already see and feel the improvements. USA, USN, USAF, USMC ftw!!!!
