my advice is make sure your eating at least 5-6 small meals a day /with 12 glasses of water on work out days. you need to be hydrated. good luck , you know where to find me. ps dont think about haters/hating, its bad luck.lol

Stay positive, advice above is great. Be patient, it does not happen overnight or in just two weeks, yet if you maintain a tight routine, you should see results within two-three weeks. Ditto on haterzz!
