Currently I've lost right at 265 lbs. I am working on putting on some more muscle now. At first I did atkins to get the first 75lbs or so off until I was able to move around better and do more exercise. Since then I've spent my free time learning about proper balanced nutrition. I eat a very clean diet now and lift weights 5 days a week currently if you have any questions on specifics of anything u can shoot me an email at fates_child03@yahoo.com
