Hey JJ- you're figuring out those poses real quick. Great back/lat spread with nice symmetry and definition (great Christmas tree). Thick tris (can see all the striations). Great work  Keep pumping.

Pneumonia this winter killed me with fat gain. All these compliments that I never read (never paid enough attention to know I could) have given me the desire to return to my former state of "shapeliness" (it's been a long day!)
