Hey David- welcome back! Looking big and solid as always- some broad shoulders and great GUNS (peaks are huge with thick tris and forearms). Great pecs, awesome lats and V-taper, tight midsection- great work  Keep pumping BIG GUY! When do you plan to compete?

You are looking really good man. And it is a good call to put on some weight. Because being really lean always looks good, but it is harder to put on the mass people strive for.
I would rather be the biggest guy without a six pack, than the smallest guy with a six pack.
