7th place out of 10, one of the judges had me in 5th... I would have had myself somewere in 4-6th

yea, i know... i've stayed alot leaner this year, so i should be able to get down to or hopefully blow 7%bf and hold onto more lean mass.

You definately have a ton of potential, the muscle is there, but the defenition is not, I know other people have already stressed the importance of being cut for a contests, but it really is super important. You should be able to see more defenition in your quads for sure. Keep up the good work, and hopefuly youll win your next contest.

I am no expert but I can see alot of quality muscle there.
But the pose is not doing you justice.

you know its trial and error . you will learn . im still learning you r still a winner you got on stage and competed its hard work its a 24 hour sport im geting ready for my next show light weight good luck on next show

when is your next show you need to up your cardio its a must thing ..15 min before weights is only warm up 20 min after not enough ... you need min 45 min after wards at least . size does matter but you will always bee beatin by the ripped guy thats how it goes the phote here i missed light weight by 1 pound i still was not ripped enough if you need help im here
