your inner tear drop looks great, but your outer tear drop is lagging. Try doing leg extensions with your toes pointed in, it really hits the outer quad great.

Red Hulk is really right. Foots pointed in is the only scientific prooven exercise that hit harder the lateralis. Close stances are so and so.
