I haven't been at this long. Just worked up the nerve to post these. Go easy. I know I'm no where near as big as even the smaller dudes on here. Feedback appreciated.

Go for it! .... and don't be put off if it takes a long time to see some difference. I was about your size when I started and it has taken me 2 1/2 years to add 2" to my arms - and they're still only 13 1/4. Notice that I haven't had the guts to post any of myself! You are brave. Don't be afraid to eat, eat, eat. I look forward to your transformation.

CrazyFool - If I can post on here, anybody can. Let's see what you got? From where I am, a 13-1/4" arm is a dream (and a goal). Don't be shy man!

Excellent for effort and desire. I am 50 years old and have went from 13 1/2 to 16 1/2 in a little over a year. So I KNOW that you can reach your goals. You look pretty much ectomorph so you will need to eat a lot. Just train heavy, plenty of rest and EAT! Good Job Man and Keep Up The Good Work! Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

knox--

First of all, welcome to bb.com and the wonderful world of fitness. The fact that you have made a choice to persue fitness and bb as a way of life is commendable. You are an ectomorph and will probably never have 19" biceps - which is absolutely OK. IMHO, bigger is not always better. Work on shape, definition and firmness and you will definately make progress. I wish you the best of success and look forward to hearing your goals and following your progress. This is great forum for information and support. Don't quit!

Thanks Brit. I can't remember for sure, but my arm size in that photo was probably only 11-1/2". I've got freakishly long arms. It gets a little bigger when pumped. Maybe over 12", which I know isn't much, but I'm trying.
