This was me when I started (not me as of now). Since then I've gained about 40% of my starting bodyweight.

I started out just like you and all i had was a love for bodybuilding and unshakeable self belief that was fed by people that doubted me. Gains came slow but i kept going. I ate good food high in protein til i was nearly sick. Then i ate some more. Then I would train hard for an hour and eat and eat and eat. I managed to put on almost 100lbs of muscle in about 10 years. I am no genetic freak. It can be done. Good luck.

The most important thing is being lean. Thick or thin, lean is it and is in! So, you have half the battle won! I can give you some insights into putting on pounds. Been there done that! There is better bb technique and technology available some of which I mention in my blog. Thank you so much for your nice rating of my vein shot!

I know I don't need to worry about fat much, but if I could gain at least something that would be nice;)

Good luck! Losing or gaining for some it is always a struggle. Keep your head up and keep eating. Maybe you need to eat bigger portions and eat at least four meals a day. Throw some good carbs in too. Everything I can't eat, you need to eat :o)

Hey man, I know where you're coming from. Just can't store fat no matter how much you eat, right? Bah, who needs fat anyway... You're gonna take longer to grow that's for sure, but keep flooding your blood with the nutrients you need to build muscle (that's why you must eat less but ALL the time, 'cause if you eat too much all at once it won't get to your bloodstream) and keep lifting short and heavy. You'll get there. Show some pics in a few months.
