For someone who hasnt been lifting weights, you have a solid base under the layers of body fat (which you will rip off pretty quick i reckon). i remember how f***g big your arms and shoulders were all those years ago. This time round aim for upper pecs and back width and thickness to mate. that will make the complete package. (your legs, quads especially look like they could be a winner as well) catch you soon mate.. Gregis
