Excellent pose - your cuts caught my eye on the front page. I'm impressed with the definition you have in your upper back and across your lats.

Awesome back shot. Reminds me just how weak my back definition is right now. Inspiration for me to continue slamming it down.

Sever. And step forward. I will separate myself from you. I will walk this line unassisted and undeterred. ----- For some reason I used to want to use lifting straps to improve grip. But I learned that that's what chalk is for. Go raw, every time.

Damn, not even a need to comment. . .

Damn man awesome back, sweet!!

With the increase in cardio and boxing/mma training I am staying at 175-185lbs compared to 215-230lbs. Will post recent pics soon. Since I will not fight until 6 months from now I will gain some muscle weight and worry about cutting weight later. _____________________________________________ ANIMAL PAK---Life is a Freakshow-- http://youtube.com/watch?v=KdDjpddJZXE&mode=related&search= http://youtube.com/watch?v=yoG5mt0YgDY&mode=related&search=
