This pic give me motivation. I know that I am bigger than he is but I want to be as defined. I believe he was in the 120's, 130's before the war and gained 20 to 30lbs.

So, I chatted with my dad. I told me he actually gained a lot more than just 2 or 30 pounds. Its more like 40 or 50. He was 185 when he came home.

One thing I notice about my dad now is that he did not have much in the way of traps. I love working the traps and I am finally starting see some good results.
