Here is my starting point for the first quarter of the year. My goal is to add width to my lats, and to do something with my legs. I pulled my back doing deadlifts about 6 months ago, and I am still having problems.

That's too bad about the deads. I only started doing them in January. Have you ever looked into "Inversion Therapy"? May help.
