Increase your cardio...that'll help get that BF% down.

acutally brandon...if you wanna increase size..you wanna kinda stay clear of cardio...as it acually decreases the mass of you muscluar frame,thus giving a thin look...bro if you wanna get size stength...i suggest you get on some kind of creatine system while incorpating glutamine,a muscle recovery amino acid...stay on that for about 4-6 weeks, and with the combination of smart heavy lifting...some serious results should be shown...
