Great progress , keep up the good work man. I love going to the neighborhood pool on a saturday or sunday afternoon . See all these couch potato's sitting around . I go in and put on my suit, walk out and the head's turn. Felt good to see the look on my wife's face as I exited the Lockerroom shirtless, she knew she had the only guy there with a muscled body who really cared about how he looked. Great feeling eh?
