reksman, you have a nice full upper body. Your shoulders thick and well perportioned to your thick bicep. Your chest is full and healthy in the tank top you are waring. Thanks radioflyer. I've been working on leaning down some. I'm trying to figure out how to keep as much size as posible while trying to loose weight... What else is new?

reksman, from what I see you would not lean down to much. Your ab and chest ratio are jest about right , the traps pull up beside your neck and help accentuate your dense chest muscles. A little more to the biceps would look great flowing into your rounded shoulders. Cant tell about below the waist but you look fine in the upper body, espiesely your chest. reksman, what beach are you at, looks like it could be the gulf coast. anyway how long have you been working out. I have at it on and off for years but have been steady at it for six months. Sorry I do not have the ability to post picts at this time but I applaude you for posing your pict.
