Hi John- don't look so shocked- you have leaned down and ripped-up! Your pecs look firm with more shape and separation (nice pec valley). Solid arms- can see your tri bulging, more definition in your abs and obs and less BF (real noticeable in your midsection)- remarkable progress  Keep up the great work.
