my advice-- take pic of this same pose once a month....if youre lifting hard and eating right, youll see real progress. you've got your age as an advantage....you should be able to eat a good deal without gaining fat.....most will go to muscle building.

A good start here. Yep, I'd say do this pose/pic at a monthly interval. You're going to be amazed looking back in 1-2 years how much you've grown.
