Hi Jamale- nice pose with the flexed and relaxed arm- your bi is rounder and more peaked (looks like you carved it out). Pecs are ripped and your abs look more cut-up and symmetrical- great progress, you just get better every time  I just have one question- why isn't that bed made-up Marine?
