you should train at the gym with heels...you can be the pioneer of it, maybe it like super isolates your quads or something. then you would be famous and have a lift named after you. before long you would see beastly dudes at the gym with their feet crammed into heels looking for that mega-pump on squats. i have a good feeling about this one, give it a try.
