Very very good base to build on! We're both mesomorphs but you can look awesome. Just keep at it! Watch very carefully what you eat and you can keep that beautiful physique! Check out the majority of the Over 20's on this site and, sad to say, they carry way too much bf.

I have to ask... The photo is titled "hunting fall 06". The obvious question is "what the hell were you hunting?" Or maybe the question is "were YOU hunting or being hunted?" OK, enough. Post your complete photo and measurement stats. You have a great body type to work with. Work hard and be sure to GET ENOUGH PROTEIN. Cant build muscle without it.
