Thanks for the nice comments D, Cowboy and William. I just hope that this helps and inspires somebody else to not waste their life on the couch, elbow deep in a bag of chips, wondering instead of doing. E

Yes! Yes! 40 does not mean over-the-dang-hill! It means kick it in gear ol' son, cuz you got a ton to do yet! It's kinda sad really. Now I'm all hyper and rowdy and my friends are couch pilots and too tired to do anything. Harummph.

Excellent progress! What are you doing to drop the blood pressure? I still have to take meds, might be genetic on my part...I eat zero salt, body fat at 9% right now, and run 5-6 miles a day on a treadmill. Are you doing HIIT for Cardio?

Thanks O.B.! Yes, I'm still on meds. Forever. My condition is congenital. I inherited it from my Mom. Like you, I only get salt through what occurs naturally in my food. My Cardio is a combination of a day or so HIIT on the treadmill and Low Intensity runs between 7 to 10 miles 2 to 3 times a week. I think we're about the same on bodyfat percentage. Good job!
