Great picture, good size. Forearms, upper arms and shoulders look especially good. A little more work on the V and you will be awesome.

doin good bro! name here is shawn o got any advice for the arms give me a shout bro if u can i need some pointers to build muscle size and mass lost alot of muscle in arms have big frame i look kinda disproportioned in ways well adds are mr_seize1974@hotmail.com OR yahoo.com dont know other lifters or got many friends so i want to find someone to get some pointers from.........peace
