I am NOT a Marine. Just a Sailor who had the awesome opportunity to work with Marines for several years.

Thank you guys... I worked hard for it and still do day in and day out! I must get complete pic's up, my legs are just as impressive and my midsection is becoming very visible, never thought it would happen, 4 pack trying to get my 8 on LOL!
As far as my arms? To be honest , it's just a constant variation of training as far as rep range, exercises, movements, and I do heavy deadlifts and back workouts!!!

Never competed before.. Was my goal, and maybe it still can be achieved one day.. I just don't have time, not ready for it yet as well! I feel great and when I cut feel terrible, not worth the unhealthy feeling for the few months, but that's me
Thanks!

First off, you look great. You're story sounds a little like mine. I went from 350 lbs at 30% body fat to a boney 180 and I've been trying to maintain 220 lbs at 6'6" at about 11% body fat. I wish I could get up to your size and measurements, especially those guns, but at age 50 I'm not sure it'll happen. I struggle to keep them at 17" I wish I'd gotten myself into shape when I was your age. Good luck!
