As usual, after a good chest workout, I just felt the urge to take a progress pic - lol!
Training is going good. Currently at 82kg and think at 8% bf. (Thanx cheesecake!)


Just also wanna say thank you to all you guys and girls posting comments on my pics and bodyspace page. I truly appreciate it.
You keep me fired this side to lift harder. Since I gym at home, this is the only interaction with like minded guys and girls. Thanx people, train hard and have a GREAT day! G.


Oh, and I know I need a hair-cut. My hair is VERY long - lol!
