I'm nearing the end of the Scrawny to Brawny program. I made great early progress, but put on too much fat during the strength phase. I'm sitting at 190lbs, 14%bf here. I keep flirting with my goal of 190lbs at 10%bf, but each time I get into the 185-190lb range, I start to put on fat. Next time through S2B, I will dial back my calories a little more during the strength phase.
