It's ok, you can comment on these chicken shit legs! They're not going to be around for long. I'm on a LEGQUEST. Let's compare every 3 months..

------------------------------ I wonder how soon it will be before we start seeing "Don't blame me, I voted for McCain" bumper stickers?

Ya 50, so I called the kids over to see your pic... they said "What is it"? And I say... "It's Chicken Man... see?... it even say's so right there! They said, aw he's just kidding. So I pulled up my pant legs and they said "Oh wow, now we believe you"!
Seriously, from experience, I can always detect a small loss of strength gone out of my upper leg's right after any upper body exercise so I switched the "Squats" to the first done on monday's when i'm really fresh there. It hasn't affected anything by doing that as far as I can tell except that I don't have so much distaste for the squats anymore. Quads 5 sets (8/8/8/6/6) ex: 100-100-100-105-110, Calves: 8 reps Toes in, 8 reps toes center, 8 reps toes out (performed: toes on a 2x4) 8/8/8 (24/set) 3 set's (no weight changes here), I use the max squat weight for all toe raises. As they say, the calves are "Tough Meat"... give 'em hell!
I rest 2-1/2 minutes max between sets of all exercises. I do a 6 day split because at my age I can no longer recover fast enough for anything else. I do squat and toe raise on monday's alone. Totally, I do a full body W/O each week. Using this "Split" works like a champ. I never crap out any more... and I am growing!
