stick with compound lifts.


dips, pullups (pronated grip) bench press's and french press.


when you get your guns to 15 then you can stick in a few preacher curls.

Atila, you seem to have a good sized arm. This is a good base, and, as
KDave926 says, keep at it. Before long we'll see more of a peak!
