Just a fun pic to remind readers that there is more to life than eating, lifting and sleeping...lol!! This is my daughter's pug, Lola....therefor, my grand-dog...when she visits me, my cardio gets a huge boost...lol!! Would be a sad day when even the die-hards can't make time for fun things!! L.
