My advice to you is to eat as much as you can. A meal or shake every two and 1/2 to 3 hours. Lots of protein. At least a gram to a gram and 1/2 of protein to every pound of body weight you carry. That is if you are working out consistently. 4-5 times a week. Make sure you are getting in all your amino acids, vitamins, omegas, and glutamine. Read up on some work out schedules. You can see what the pros do in magazines and other books. This can give you an idea for routines and frequency. Some guys want to do chest 3 times a week. NOT GONNA HELP. Twice at most and if you do something like that you should either target different areas of the chest or do a light and a heavy day. Rest and recovery is key to building muscle. Always and I mean always stay consitent with your workout. Weight lifting and getting gains can at times be trial and error. It is hard to find a partner or just a guy in the gym whos body will respond the same way yours does to a workout. Even at times supplements may have more effect on another guy than you. Thats why you have to shop around and try different workouts and supplements that work for your body. My story is that I weighed 180 4 1/2 years ago. I'm now 233 at 6'3". I hope this helps even a bit.

If you're trying to gain, eat. There is no science to gaining weight. Don't make things too complicated. Eat and you'll grow. Good luck with your recovery and your goals.

12 hard sets for your bis and 12 hard sets for your tris, keep it at a rep range of 8-12 for mass and definition...do em both the same day if you want...just get that pump, hit em hard and eat plenty of protien (directions from cy1 are good) and plenty of good carbs (brown rice, yams, baked potato, vegetables)
