Not much progress. This is the most recent pic I took, and well compared to before(couple weeks ago) I look like shi*. I been slacking off too much and lost couple of pounds, I also lost a lot of definition. Im about 152-154lbs. Hopefully I'll hit 160-165 lean by end of the summer.
Im relaxed in the picture by the way.
This is just to compare with the pic at the end of the summer.
