I took this to check my progress in 2005. I wanted to see if my abs were visible yet. This was after 2 years training and very slow progress but at least I am no longer where I began. It's nothing amazing but I am glad to be healthy for my son. Photo is a little blurry, just shot it in the garage with the camera on my cell phone.
