Are tou genetically cut or thats all hard work? If thats hard work i would like some advice on how to do it. (cut period... any fat burners? ...what type of cardio...)

It's just hard work. I don't have an especially high metabolism. I'm mostly regulating my bf with my diet. The difference between on and off diet is not that big for me, and I don't fluctuate more than at most 4-5 kg (10 lbs) up and down in bw.
Normal daily food intake is between 200-300 grams of protein, 40-100 grams of fat, and 100-500 grams of carbs. During cutting I'm cutting down on fat and carbs, and upping the proteins. I always cycle carb intake with two high, two medium and three low days throughout the week.
I do some cardio in periods, but not very much. Fatburners of choice is mostly coffee and green tea.
