Taken as I reached the 12 week marker. I'm very pleased with the way I am progressing, although I seem to not notice the gains as I did at first. I suppose its because the bigger muscle groups are growing. I found out I was training 'wrong' after 8 weeks, and modified my routine. So, you could say I lost 2 months, but hey, we live and we learn!!
