hi
i bought a bottle of protien with low suger( 1g) and low carbohydrate. the person who sells it to me wrote me to eat it 2 times a day and i scoop 30 mints befor breakfast and 1 scoop 8 PM. but this is my problem: i do exercise only 3 days a week so shall i eat it every day of a week? plz guid me what to do.
by the way i am a diabetc man
