I was wondering what you all thought of my progress to date. I am actually 3 months away from turning the big 40 !!!! I hope to be doing this for a long time coming. Thanks !

you look great- no need to cover your face! As another "more senior member" here (I'm 50), I salute you for what you have accomplished. In the spirit of constructive criticism, I might suggest some more work on your forearms, although it may just be the camera angle. Keep it up!

Look good for appoaching 40 yrs old, but I agree with the other guy your forearms need work and you probably couldnt bench press 200lbs multiple times.
But keep up the good work.
